About Karina

Karina is the first accredited Health and Wellness Coach with HCANZA in the Northern Territory and brings over 20 years of experience across health, mental health, aged care and disability services – including urban and remote communities. With a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences (Wellness), trauma-informed training, and CrossFit L1 accreditation, Karina combines science, compassion, and lived experience.

Karina is an experienced health professional working with the NDIS. She sits on the special interest group for the NDIS, for which she is the organisation's Ambassador. She knows how valuable the right support for these individuals are, and runs mentoring and training programs for health professionals to engage with this program more effectively.

Her programs are person-centred, flexible, and trauma-informed, designed to meet people where they're at and help them move forward – one step at a time.
