Karina is the first HCANZA-accredited Health and Wellness Coach in the NT, with 20+ years’ experience in health, aged care, and disability. She blends science, trauma-informed care, and lived experience to support real people in making meaningful, sustainable change.
She’s an NDIS registered provider and known across NT communities for her integrity, compassion, and down-to-earth approach.
